Credit Control
The Credit Control has a vital role to play in the running of Bray Credit Union Ltd. It is this committee that has the responsibility of checking that each loan is repaid in accordance with the signed credit agreement.
What happens if I cannot meet my repayments?
The Credit Union fully appreciates that members from time to time may experience difficulties with their repayments through unemployment, illness or other circumstances beyond their control. Should a problem arise the member should contact Credit Control.
These employees are experienced in dealing with members’ problems and will listen sympathetically. All accounts are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
The sooner a problem is dealt with the sooner it is resolved.
