The law requires that Bray Credit Union staff verify each member’s identity at the beginning of the business relationship but also to ensure that member’s documentation is kept up to date at all times.

In line with this, we have introduced a number of occasions where members will be required to submit up to date documentation where it has previously expired.

Now and over the coming months, you may receive a letter from us advising which documents you will need to submit e.g. Photo ID or Proof of Address
