Payment Methods
Counter Transactions
Front counter transactions can be processed during our office opening hours:
Monday to Friday 8.50 am to 5.00pm (throughout lunch) Saturday 8.50am to 12.30pm.
Loan applications and collections are processed at the same times as above. These are done in a private office in the loans department.
As a loan application or drawdown can take time, we advise you to be in prior to 4.45pm, if possible and 12.15pm on a Saturday.
Debit cards
We can now accept Debit Card payments at the counter or over the phone.
We do not accept credit cards or Non-Irish issued debit cards. Unfortunately, financial service providers are not allowed to accept Non-Irish issued debit cards due to compliance and anti money laundering regulations.
Credit Transfers
Allow our members transfer funds electronically via their internet banking directly into their Credit Union Account. Please contact the office and we will supply you with your own IBAN & the BIC, you will need these for CT payments. Please put your Name or Member number in the reference field.
Electronic Fund Transfer
We can now transfer funds from your Credit Union Account directly to your bank account at Loan Issue or Withdrawal. Please bring the BIC, IBAN & any reference with you
